David Jones is…

…an amateur photographer with a deep love for black and white imagery. For me, photography is as much about observation as it is about expression—finding those fleeting, unscripted moments that speak quietly but powerfully. I shoot both digital and film, depending on the mood, the light, and the tools I want to work with on any given day. Street photography is where I feel most at home: on sidewalks, in subways, or waiting at a corner for something—anything—to unfold.

There’s a particular magic in monochrome. Stripping away colour helps me focus on shape, light, texture, and human gesture. It’s not nostalgia—it’s clarity.
